The Magic Bus Company adheres to the Ontario Highway Traffic Act regulations including Driver License qualifications, hours of work regulations, vehicle maintenance, driver log, record keeping, and all other applicable laws.

The Ministry of Transportation recently conducted a Facility Audit and described our training, maintenance program, record keeping and company policies as 'Excellent'.
